Signature Retreat Themes
Immersed in God’s story—together.
A retreat is more than a series of talks; it's a chance to slow down and let the story of Scripture do its work. Each of my signature themes unfolds over three to four sessions, tracing a single thread through the whole Bible so that by the end of the weekend, the story feels like yours. I'm also glad to build a custom retreat around your church's theme or vision.
Retreat Theme 01: DWELL
Rediscovering the Home We Were Made For
We were made for the presence of God. Yet in a world of hurry, distraction, and striving, many of us find ourselves longing for rest, comfort, and a place to belong. Throughout Scripture, we see God's enduring desire to dwell with His people and His invitation to make our home in Him. As we trace this story together, we will discover how to awaken to God's presence in our everyday lives and learn to dwell with the God who longs to dwell with us.
Retreat Theme 02: DEEP
Finding God in the Midst of Chaos
From the opening pages of Scripture to its final vision of new creation, the deep represents the places of chaos, fear, uncertainty, and forces beyond our control. Yet again and again, we discover a God who is never overwhelmed by the waters. He brings order from chaos, makes a way where none exists, and meets His people in the very places they fear most. As we trace this powerful theme throughout the biblical story, we will discover that our deepest hope is not found in escaping the storms of life, but in learning to trust the God who is present and faithful in the midst of them.
What to Expect From a Retreat Weekend
"Throughout the retreat, she engaged wholeheartedly with the women, not only during sessions but also in fellowship time, even joining in on games and conversations. Her authenticity and love for God were evident all weekend, and she created an environment where every woman felt comfortable, valued, and connected. We would gladly welcome Brittany back for future events and have already recommended her to others."
