About Me
I was born and raised in the South Bay of Los Angeles, where I grew up attending church with my family. After a few wayward years as a teenager, the Lord graciously drew me back to Himself, and at nineteen, I recommitted my life to following Jesus. That decision set the course for a lifetime of ministry.
Two Decades of Ministry
For more than twenty years, I've had the privilege of serving the Church through teaching, discipleship, leadership, and pastoral ministry. I currently serve as Executive Pastor at Remembrance Community Church in Southern California, where I helped plant the church in 2012 and have spent more than a decade helping people know Jesus through faithful teaching and discipleship. Before planting Remembrance, I served in both youth and adult ministries, including as a Bible teacher and missionary in South Africa.
Teaching and Education
In addition to pastoral ministry, I serve as an adjunct professor of Biblical Studies and Leadership at Eternity Bible College, where I also serve on the Board of Trustees. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Biblical Studies from Biola University and a Master's degree in New Testament Studies from Talbot School of Theology.
What Matters Most
More than any title or degree, my greatest joy is opening God's Word with people and helping them discover the beauty of Scripture, the goodness of God, and the invitation to find their lives within the grand story He is telling.
I live in Lomita, California, with my husband, Ben, and our daughter, Naia.
